Yes a FX 4350 could handle a GTX 770. Especially when overclocked.

You need to have aftermarket cooling since the stock cooler is pretty terrible. Don't do it if you don't know what you're doing.

Use HWinfo to check the temperatures of your CPU when idle/gaming/load. Do some more research on the subject.

My CPU temp says 28 without doing anything, after a game of call of duty it went up to 36 average temp and CPU 0 22
