    Could be the external hard drive is either failing or the small PCB inside the enclosure has failed.

    To test for imminent failure of the drive, test it with SeaTools For Windows:

    If you suspect it may be just the PCB that's faulty inside the enclosure, remove the hard drive from it and put it into a third-party enclosure which you can buy online from Amazon or from PC World stores.
  2. Thank you Phillip corcoran, for Toshiba 1Tb hd last time i also have this problem is different hd. if the hd no much space this problem will coming.
