stuttering or fps drop at random locations in games

i am having this problem in games like homefront, batman arkham origins, far cry 3 etc
(all games are orignal)
my specs
i7 4770
gtx 760
750 w psu corsair
8 gb ddr3 ram

I sometimes experience this as well, mainly in Guild Wars 2. I have the 4770k, gtx 780, 750w EVGA, 16Gb, 2550x1440 resolution. I run all of my games from either one of my 2 SSD's as well.

What drivers are you using? I have been trying to keep up to date with them, but that has no affect on it.
