CX 750W vs OCZ ZS 750W?

Which one is better and why? They both cost the same amount on amazon.co.uk

My system build will be:
i5 4440
Gigabyte B85-HD3
AMD Radeon HD 7970 XFX

I'd choose the OCZ 750W since it is the best out of the two IMO and OCZ is more trustable for PSUs.

My vote also goes to the OCZ ZS 750W. It uses much higher quality electrolytic capacitors than Corsair's CX750.

Corsair has made such a good name for themselves that people forget to look at their product lines and compare. The CX is nothing but budget PSU.

So everyone thinks I should go with the OCZ ZS Series. Are all of you guys sure?
I am going to buy it tomorrow along with all my other components on amazon.
Also, can I ask you guys another question: Are the XFX GPU's good?

I was just looking on amazon and i found a really cool modular PSU, How is this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/OCZ-OCZ750FTY-UN-Fatal1ty-Series-High-Performance/dp/B003HAFZSM/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_t - is it better than the CX and ZS series PSUs?
(I DONT WANT TO SPEND MORE MONEY THAN I HAVE TO - so unless this PSU is A LOT better than the OCZ ZS 750W, then i wont get it)

I just got rid of my fatal1ty PSU last week for its terrible coil whine. Apparently the 2013 models are low quality and should be a avoided. Prior to 2013 models are supposed to be very good PSUs though.

Stick with the ZS the only thing the Fatal1ty has going for it is the modular cables. I have a few XFX GPU's and can not complain, I have seen complaints in here that some of them run hot but not experienced that my self. Both my 7950's are DD versions and no issues.
