I just bought a new all in one computer 4 or 5 days ago and i am experiencing video lags throughout the whole video that I stream.
The audio matches up fine, no lag at all, but the video has quick 1 second lags. It happens about 4 or 5 times per minute.

It doesn't matter on the quality of the video, I still experience the lags. It lagged on a poor quality 360p YouTube video throughout the video and when I was watching something on HBO2GO, it happened throughout the whole show.

Playback on videos I have stored on my external hard drives work fine. Only happening on online streaming video.

Any help is appreciated.

My internet connection speed is 30mps/18mps.

Computer specs:

• Windows 8.1 Pro 64
• 4th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4765T processor [2.0GHz, 8MB Shared Cache]
• Nvidia GeForce GT730A
• 8GB DDR3-1600MHz SODIMM[1 DIMM]
• 256GB Solid state drive
• Microsoft Office Trial
• Security software trial
• 3-in-1 Memory Card Reader
• No TV Tuner Card
• Integrated Sound, Envy Audio; Beats Audio
• HP wireless keyboard and Mouse Kit
• HP Wireless 802.11 a/g/n Dual Band Mini Card with Bluetooth(R)(2x2) and WIDI

You have a very solid All In One. The probable cause is Flash being outdated, try updating to a 64-bit version of it and post your results. Your Internet connection is very fast so that's not it.
