With $190 I'd invest the extra $20 or so into the CPU and get the K model - will keep you happier longer, then pick up the Asus Gryphon or the Asus Z87-Plus mobo
I see that all the recommendations are for Z87 chipset,, which is designed for overclock. i7 4770 is not overclock-able. is it worth it going with a z87 mobo?

I just bought an i7 4770 with a Gigabyte B85M-D3H motherboard as I don't want to overclock and I only want to run one GPU. There do seem to be options to overclock in the BIOS but I am leaving them alone. The mobo is tiny but performs really well. And cheap haha.
