PC part picker states the parts you listed here are around $490. I personally wouldnt buy 16GB of ram and i would put the money you save from that into a better GPU. with that card you could probably run at around low-medium settings depending on your resolution.

Well, this is already built from craigslist, so can't really swap parts out w/o buying new ones. What set-up would you suggest for BF4, trying to keep cost <550? I have a 1TB Sata already

~~Sorry to keep asking about different setups, but I'm trying to find one that will work for my needs~~
Found this one aswell:

motherboard- FM2-A55M-E55
CPU- AMD x4 750k quad core 3.6 ghz (can be overclocked past 4ghz)
GPU- XFX HD 6750 (overclocked)
Hard drive- western digital caviar blue 7200 rpm 1 TB
RAM- PNY 1333mhz 4gb single stick (can get another one at best buy for around 40-45)
PSU- corsair cx 340
rosewill wireless card
Case- NZXT M59
windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
Price: $450

Yes, I suppose I could, however it would be my first PC build. I also wouldn't know what to get. I want something that could run BF4, but also be for general use (school work, web browsing, etc)

Would any SATA HDD work with this? I have a 1TB in my current computer, and it has win7 on it. Would both be easily transfered into the new build? Would there be any licensing issues with Win7?

I doubt any of this would be compatible, but is any of this (my current PC) usable?

AMD Athlon II X2 dual-core processor 250U
1.6 GHz, 2MB Total Cache
4GB (2 x 2048MB) DDR2 dual-channel memory (expandable to 8GB)
16X DVD Super Multi Double-Layer Drive
Wired Ethernet
NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE integrated graphics

Agreed, 8gb is plenty, especially when you aren't really even into gaming graphics card territory.

This; you also DO NOT need 16GB RAM.
