3.0 USBs aren't working

Earlyer this week my 3.0 UBS stopped working when I turned my PC on. I tried useing Drivermax to update my drivers. Please Help :) Mobo is MSI Z77MPower, USB 2.0 is working fine. 3.0's seems like they cant find the device.

I tried looking in the BIOS now and since I didn't know what I was looking for it was abit difficult but I found USB settings and all of them were enabled the 3 I found was:
USB Controller
Legacy USB Support
Onboard USB 3.0 controller

all were enabled =/

So i tried to download those driver on the EU page, but I was only able to download 9/18.

Intel USB3.0 Driver
Intel Management Engine Driver; 2nd one
Intel Rapid Start Technology Driver
These 3 drivers after downloading and when I tried to install another window just popped up with a red X.

Intel VGA Driver; x2
Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver
Atheros Wifi Driver
Intel Management Engine Driver; 1st one
Atheros Bluetooth Driver
None of these drivers would download from the MSI server no matter how long i waited.

And then Lucid Virtu MVP Driver said I didn't meet the requirements.

Haven't restarted my computer yet, to see if it worked with any of the ohter drivers.

Update after waiting a long ass time I got the Bluetooth driver download and working. Both Intel VGA Drivers also downloaded after a long ass time, but they give me red X again when try to install.
