for a similar price you can get a I5, 8GB of RAM and a GTX 760 which will be more future proof and have shadow play and G-sync if you want those features.

if you scroll to the bottom and look at the games you can see that this cpu can do almost double the frames of the AMD http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/699?vs=701

The problem is, of i were to buy those, it would be 200 bucks more. Like a said $850

Given the amount of stuff you need (monitor/OS etc) there isn't a lot of room for improvement.

I'd be tempted to spend a bit and get an FX8320. Newegg currently have a combo discount on the 1TB Hdd you chose+the FX8320. It saves you $13 which eats a bit into the $40 difference in price in processors. Definitely makes it tempting.

I don't think you'll squeeze in a GTX760 into your budget, and the HD7950 seems like a good bet. If the HD7870XT was still much cheaper, I'd suggest saving money there, but now the difference between them isn't big enough to be worth it.

PSU is just a good deal, impressive value for money, though it won't be around forever. If it expires, it'd be a good idea to look at other PSUs.

I'd probably ditch the cheap case fans, and just spend a bit more on the case, as a lot of good cases will throw in at least an intake and an exhaust (which is all you really need due to diminishing returns).

If you are buying around Black Friday, you should probably be fairly flexible anyway, as the best deals won't be on the stuff you pick.

this, lol, you're going to have to spend extra on the monitor+keyboard+internal card reader
