You could try a small OC of about +50MHz or so, then go up very gradually +10-20MHz steps, and back off as soon as it becomes unstable. You're less likely to "burn" it with small steps than a big initial +200Mhz jump.

You should not damage your 7750 just by increasing speed a little bit at a time. Increase it, then test, then increase it then test, etc.It might run slightly warmer (but only slightly, since the 7750 runs quite cool anyway). When it starts to become unstable in games / benchmarks, then you've gone too far, so reduce the speed slightly and you'd have found your optimum overclock.

Well, my gpu is running hot , not warm , when i am playing bf 4 or gta 4 or nfs rivals my gpu gets temp is about 70 to 80°c :( , and if i over clock my gpu to about 850 mhz like the 7750 oc version then how much fps will be improved on high

I don' t know for sure. That does seem quite hot though. Can you manually turn up your fan speed via CCC?

I though that was a bit hot! ;) It's probably best to wait until you've installed the thermal compound before trying it, but you might be able to get the same overclock as that card above, just do it slowly in steps instead of all in one go as not all cards are identical. Best of luck!
