Hello, i have my PC for 2 yrs and never had this problem i got after installing Scythe Ninja 3 CPU cooler
Asus M4A89GTD Pro/USB3
Asus HD 7770 DirectCU 1GB
AMD Athlon ii x4 640
2x HP 4gb DDR3
and 600W PSU

After installation of Ninja 3 my PC boot up and everything was fine, but after 2-3 hrs it fell down with BSOD but it fade so fast, so I just started it again and everything went fine, but after few minutes my system froze and I had to restart. Freeze also came in Asus Express gate and in BIOS settings, now after those winter games I cant start my PC. When i push the powerbutton, fans are doing "Woooooof.....Wooooof...." and the red dot of DRAM blinks, so i tried to change memory (to compatible 2x2 Kingston memory and others), I have also tried deleting CMOS and holding MemOK button but nothing helped.... any solution / tip?

BTW: Sorry for my English, I am not good at written form :))

Basic troubleshooting tips would be to plug your computer in a power outlet (not a power strip)

Use 1 stick of ram

Make sure your power supply and power cables are tightly secured.

Since it started and worked for a while and randomly shut off and wont turn on, I'm guessing it could be a loose wire.

unplug all devices you have attached, take out your graphics card, and use the other stick of ram.

funny I had same problem with old pc.
all I did was remove anything except mb and cpu (and cleaned them)
used air compressor and deo spray lol
then I started pc everything worked -> went to bios set fan to (not work all time)
reinstalled windows -> back to bios set fan to work again -> updates and now is working lol

just check in bios if the cpu hasn't locked 2 of it's cores because of dust or thermal paste lack
