About five days ago i used some kind of java based app to access my university's online file service, since then i have been having computer problems allthogh im not sure if that caused it but it started around that time. It lags doing the simplest of things and whenever i move my cursor over something it stays like that even after moving again, for example if put my mouse on a text box and move it still has the finger clicking icon instead og going back to the usual cursor. Playing LoL i also only get a 29 frame rate when previously it would be 60 and never drop. During the freezes the entire system locks, it isn't just the program, i cant move the mouse or enter taskmaster for those ten seconds and it is happening quite frequently

You can find all apps installed on your PC on Control Panel. If you're using Windows just follow these steps :

To uninstall or change a program

1.Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features.

2.Select a program, and then click Uninstall. Some programs include the option to change or repair the program in addition to uninstalling it, but many simply offer the option to uninstall. To change a program, click Change or Repair. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
