Start with the Ethernet adapter - no need for it, the mobo has ethernet built in. Would dump the MSI mobo (won't touch them due to poor QC), look at the Rocks Z77 Extreme 4, best Z77 out there and should cost less, are you planning to SLI? if not could save some with a good 6-650 PSU which would be plenty, and do you have a need for 32GB of DRAM (nothing wrong with it, I've got that in all three of my main rigs - just don't see alot of people that would use it
though many could if they knew how and what to do with it
