Will an AMD FX 8320 bottleneck my 2GB 650 Ti?

So i'm building a computer, and i've already got a 650 Ti. I'm ordering the other parts such as the mobo and CPU later, which is an AMD FX 8230 CPU.
And so I was wondering if it would bottleneck?

AMD CPUs at stock clocks have been shown to bottleneck a bit, but they are easy overclockers with good cooling. You would not see much of a bottleneck (1 maybe 2 fps) if you got it up to a 4.2 Ghz overclock with the 650ti.
