I am currently looking to build a PC that is great for gaming and making videos. I have the following parts selected at the moment: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/Natecurt3030/saved/2By0

My question is...
Are there any parts that I could replace for a lower price without drastically decreasing any qualities. I would like to stay bellow $1500 and if possible down even closer to the $1000-$1200 range. I want to make sure that the PC can run all modern games in very high FPS and graphics without problems like noise from fan etc.

Thanks for any help!

Cheaper ram, just as good.
Cheaper motherboard, ATX size. Great quality.
Cut down on the SSD to reduce price. 120gb should still be fine.
Same price gpu, but this one is newer and slightly faster.
Bigger psu for future crossfire. If you don't plan to ever crossfire, grab a 550w psu.
And then change the OS for Windows 8.1. My build shows Windows 7, but PCPartPicker is lagging on me so I couldn't switch it out.
