Best graphics card for my PowerSpec® B633

Looking to upgrade my graphics card what are my best options for $200 or under. I am looking at this one.....

your 300w power supply can at most run a hd 7750. even then its probably stretching it

So then I shall also upgrade the power supply...
Is that card a go then once power is upgraded?

upgrade the power supply to 500w and then get a hd 7870 or r9 270 which ever is cheaper
