Here is my current build:

After taxes and rebates and discounts the price comes out to 650, which is my upper limit. The reason for that specific Mobo and CPU is because it is a bundle deal on Microcenter. I selected the 270X because it will work well for at least 1-2 years, and by then I will be able to afford another GPU and Crossfire them, hence the 700W Power Supply in order to supprt the CrossFire Power Consumption. My main questions are, is this a quality gaming build? Is this crossfire ready? Is the Power Supply good, as I know it is not 80+ certified? What should I improve or should I keep it the same? I am looking for a highly upgradeable build especially for gaming. Or should I scrap everything, downsize on the mobo, downsize on the PSU, and then just get a better GPU than the 270X? Note that I do not need an optical drive, WLAN card, monitor, or HDD, or OS.
Edit: After doing some reading, it appears that this PSU is more suited for a workstation than a gaming build due to its amperage available on its 12V rails. What PSU should I get that is still around 60 dollars? Would a 650W with more amperage still be able to handle a crossfire? Or is this PSU still fine for my needs?

Thanks for all the Help!
