Hi! I'm planning to play World of Warcraft here in the Philippines. I don't know what should I pick on the given choices I have from my internet provider. It has an offer that it can reach up to 3 mbps. I'm planning on raiding and is the speed enough? Also, what server should I choose?

PS: I'm also building a new computer so no worries about the specs

It's on the screen in game. It'll be color coded. Green = good, yellow = so-so, Red not so good. If you mouse over it you can find the exact number. I don't have an account active right now, so can't guide you exactly where it is, but it's towards the lower right of the screen.
3 Mbps should be plenty. Most of raiding is dependent on your hardware, or not trying to push too high of a level of graphics. The actual internet connection really only plays a part in the in the Ping. Basically, how long it takes your Pc to communicate with the server. If you have a ping under 200ms, you'll be fine. Ideally, it'll be around 50ms.
