Hi, so I am making a new PC for gaming, im hoping to play games at about medium settings, I'm not a hardcore gamer so it doesn't really matter that much, here's the build:

CPU: intel core i5 3570K
Motherboard: GA-Z77MX-D3H-TH
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650
RAM: 8GB Kingston Hyper X Genesis
SSD: Samsung Evo 120GB
HDD: Seagate 3TB
PSU: 700WATT OCZ ModXtreme PRO
Case thermaltake Chaser A31

thoughts? ideas? constructive criticism?

thanks

I would suggest you to go with the newer socket boards. That is go with 4670k + Z87 board.

Also what is your budget for the build. We might pick a better build. In any way you should go for at least a 7790.

thanks for the reply, I will be using this build for mainly light gaming (like minecraft) but definitely nothing crazy

You should mention your budget. Putting a SSD for games like minecraft would make the time to load levels extremely less.

For minecraft, SSD is a nice addition. Makes level loading instant which can be a pain in the A$$ to just wait for the levels to load from your HDD.
