How do i control the LED lights inside my computer?

Hey guys just wanting to know if there is any way of controlling the led lights inside a computer (the ones for decoration). I would just like to have the ability to turn them on and off. And if possible change the brightness of them. I would like an external control panel. Like something that will fit into a bay on the case. If not something like a software on the computer will be fine. Also If i can control the lights on the fans too that would be great.

This is the closest thing i could find: http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/accessories/hydra-pro

The LEDs plug into the controller with a standard 2-pin connector, though this may be more than you need since it's a fan controller as well. I'll keep searching but so far am coming up with nothing meant to control LEDs only (except the NZXT Hue, but it comes with it's own LEDs, making the ones you already have useless).
