At that budget, I wouldn't even bother with the SSD.
Stock CPU cooler will do just fine.
If you're just gaming and with a budget that low, the FX-6300 will do everything you need. I was actually considering getting the 6300 myself but I bumped up my budget.
If you want to cut down more, get one stick of ram now and buy another stick later. Can always add more ram

Only APUs will benefit from faster RAM. You'll be fine 1600mhz ram.

FX-8320 can be overclocked to FX-8350 levels and beyond. 8350 won't "future-proof" your build because its the same as a 8320 except clocked 500mhz higher.

If you're planning to have more overclock range, a 990fx board will be A LOT better.
I went up to 4.2GHz on a M5A97 R2.0 with a 8320 but haven't tried to go any further (perfectly fine at 4.0GHz).
Save the money and get the 8320, not the 8350. Although it has better overclocking range, it isn't worth it with your budget.
realchaos supplied you with an extremely nice build, I would take that.
Yeah a 990FX board will overclock better due to more power-phases and overall higher quality, but it's also more expensive as well. A 970 chipset overclocks decently, not as great as a 990FX board, but still decent. Either way, OP should be happy with the new build.
