My parents are interested in getting my brother (11) a gaming pc for christmas since I now have one. They don't want to spend more than around 550 and we need an OS, but we have a keyboard, mouse, etc. All suggestions welcome. And they don't care about it being a monster rig because my brother can't tell the difference between high and low. Resolution will be at 720p by the way.
