Right, so I have battlefield 4, im getting all the fps problems yadada, so i need a new ssd did anyway, but im also going to purchase windows 8 and see if it really does work and improve my bf4 experience.

atm ive overclocked my cpu ram and all that, if i install a new ssd and format will it inherit my bios settings for my current ssd?

Also if windows 8 is an improvement what do i need to do to my current ssd, do i format when im loaded into the windows 8 ssd by right clicking the drive and click format? or do i need an os on there. im confused abit,

this is really a separate issue but the reason i ask is because, although in the past ive been fine booting into bios, for some reason my computer wont let me now, i press and/or hold del, f2 f8, but it doesnt let me into my bios for some reason :S i have switched keyboards and sockets etc, didnt work, like i said i havent changed anything and it did work fine before, fast boot was always enabled etc, only settings i changed was volts and ratio.

incase you wanna know;

i7 3770k @ 4.2
z77 asus sabertooth
corsair dominator 16gb @ 1600mhz.
2x EVGA GTX780 3GB ACX
Seasonic X 850W
Intel 330? SSD 240GB
win 7 64bit

1. Get all the drivers for Win8 for your hardware.
2. BIOS setting stored with motherboard CMOS, so will still be there.
3. Win8 install on to SSD same as Win7 install.
4. No idea why DEL will not let you in to BIOS, I normally start tapping it when I see cpu name/Asus splash screen, which ever way you have the postscreen setup.
