Help! Need advice on budget graphic card.

So, I am building a budget gaming pc.
I was thinking on to get some cheap cpu for investing in gfx card.Which is about 3-3.5 ghz speed and I found one .
Here's what I am thinking:

I live in India. And my budget is about 30,000 INR. (478 Dollars).

Yeah its okay, but ensure you install corsair vengeance 4GB of 2 ie: in Duel channel mode to get maximum graphics performance from the AMD APU. AMD APUs performance are...

For gaming it is better to use an Intel CPU or don`t you plan to use it for gaming? Also you can save from the RAM, there is not a big difference and you could use normal 1333 RAM and get a better CPU for that, 4GB are more than enough for gaming.

So I'll buy a 1600 corsair vengeance(46 USD) for 3000 which gives me 1500 more on my build. kk what do you say next?

Ok, that was helpful but I personally think that a seprate( not integrated ) gfx card will be more powerfull?
Anyway,
Would this run GTA 4 , GTA 5 (in future), BF3 AND BF4 At medium settings at high resolution ?

Intel Pentium G3420 for an duo core which will be the best budget CPU for little money and will perform better than AMD duo cores in games and maybe a ASrock H81M mainboard. For the GPU you can get a r7 290x from Gigabyte or HIS. That would be all in the budget. This GPU is a lot better than the integrated one. Also the Intel CPU is better for the games.

The AMD Quad-Core A8-6600K APU has Graphics performance similar to a Radeon HD 6670. You can play most of the todays games at medium graphics setting and resolution not exceeding 1680x1050

Ok I also want to ask you if I choose a msi a55m e33 which is 3500 and amd a10 5800k which is 9000 and ram corsair vengeance 4gb. How would this be?

Yeah its okay, but ensure you install corsair vengeance 4GB of 2 ie: in Duel channel mode to get maximum graphics performance from the AMD APU. AMD APUs performance are sensitive to memory bandwidth. The more memory bandwidth, the more graphics performance you get.

And i also wanted to tell what if i use a 4500 hyperx 1x8 gb kingston ram. I can buy another one of the same piece in FUTURE so it will give out more perfomance (as this motherboard has only 2 slots) or do you think 4x2 gb is ok?

You should use 2x2GB 1333 or 1600 RAM there is not a noticeable difference and for gaming you won`t need more. Dual-channel is better than more ram without dual-channel. You should invest more money on GPU because it is the most important part for gaming or you can buy later a good GPU. On a budget build is not useful to put money where you don`t get almost any improvement.
