Antivirus for windows 8.1?

Hi
I checked norton and kaspersky antiviruses (only ones that i truly trust), but none of them came out to be completely compatible with windows 8.1 according to google searches.
So can i get the name of some good and compatible antivirus?
I only want complete suit like norton 360 or kaspersky pure.

But norton 360 doesn't work with windows 8.1 that well as i found on google.
And for rest, i only want to purchase a one-time av, so i want complete suites only. And i personally dont find avast that better (well... i have made several tests with a lot of AVs in windows 8 including vipre as well, and only norton and kaspersky killed all viruses, and bitdefender was also good but it still didnt save my system of problems afterwards, so i only want to go for norton or kaspersky as far as possible. PS-> Tested them all in vmware worstation by downloading sevel virus infected files).
Please confirm with other options.

Yeah you are right now that i checked it, then the reviews i read must have been for older version... oh wat the heck, norton really should write proper version names instead of just 2013 or 2014 and stuff so that one truly cann\ know about version change...

But anyways, big thanks for information dude :D

I just removed Norton 360, and opted to be without anti-virus software until I pick up Bitdefender after this download. True, Norton 360 worked with Windows 8.1, except for the 100% load on my hard drive even when I was running a trusted app in silent mode. No thanks man - this has been DAYS of frustration and I have had it.

Well... i haven't been experiencing any such probs. I am on latest norton 360 version on win 8.1 and I installed it on a SSD.
