Gtx 770 vs R9 280x vs Radeon HD 7970

Hello i'm upgrading from my Gtx 660 and having a little hard time deciding which graphics card to get.

I'm leaning towards the gtx 770.

I'll link what versions of the grapics cards i would get if i would choose that one.


MSI GeForce N770 Twin Frozr 2GD5/OC - 2GB - PCI-E (299 euro) (3 free games)

XFX Radeon HD 7970 Double Dissipation -3GB (249 euro) (3 free games)

Sapphire R9 280X VaporX OC - 3GB (279 euro) (no free games)

What games do you play?

The XFX is junk, so either the Sapphire or MSI, depends on the games you play what my suggestion would be as they are VERY similar in performance.

One more thing, do you overclock?

I do not overclock, i might in the future but probably not...
I play games like CoD, AC IV, lots of MMO's (like WoW), i kind of play anything to be honest...

If i need to choose between the sapphire or the gtx770 i think i rather go with the gtx 770. (mainly because that store has better service and warranty than the store that offer the sapphire).
