Which graphic card to upgrade to from nVidia GeForce 8400GS 512MB?

I need to upgrade my graphic card from nvidia geforce 8400gs 512mb to something better. what would be best for gaming?

System Config:

Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz Processor
2GB DDR2 RAM
AsRock G31M-S Motherboard

also use a 7770 that has 85w draw and be fine. both cards will work well.

how would SAPPHIRE HD6670 2GB DDR3 work with my system? any ideas?

Take only 6670 1GB DDR5 if you can, else 1 GB DDR3 and you should get 2GB more RAM because 2GB are not enough even for a new OS and it is bad for gaming.

GDDR5 refers to the memory on the video card, stomps all over normal DDR3.

7750 beats 6670.
