Motherboard is getting too hot..

First of all... There is a problem with my pc....at times.....the system restarts automatically...


when i was searching for the problem...... I found that My motherboard temperature is 87 deg C without any open application...

Mother board is Intel DG31PR ...
Intel Core 2 Duo E7300
2GB DDR2 RAM

I came to know that the Normal MotherBoard Temperature is 38 deg C ...

Can additional fans reduce 45 deg C ??
