Which of these two motherboards is best for my Haswell core i5?

Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H (156euros)

vs

ASROCK Z87 EXTREME 3 (131euros)

Intentions are - some overclocking (4.0Ghz+) , gaming and maybe sli in the future.

As good as each other, but would go with Gigabyte as they have a more mature BIOS and cooling looks better.

Is it really worth going for the extra 25 euros for the Gigabyte mainboard?
