The 'K' version is overclockable yes and the non K versions is still overclockable a little, like maybe 100Mhz through base clock on Non z87 boards. however if you do not plan on overclocking save yourself some money and get the 4670 and a non z87 board as z87 tends to be more expensive

You can technically still overclock non-k CPUs, although hard and not anywhere as efficient.

It depends on your motherboard too, if you're pairing it with a H-series motherboard, then that motherboard will not allow you to OC. A Z-series on the other hand will.

If it's in your budget, there should never be any reason not to get the K-version.

Non K CPUs will generally stay relevant for a shorter amount of time because when the 4670k (in this case) starts to slow down due to games being more taxing, you can always overclock it.

In general yes. You can get an extra 400-800Mhz out of a 4670K vs a 4670.

No, it means it gets better "price/performance" due to being cheaper, but that website ignores overclocking. If you can get 4.0ghz or more, then a 4670K actually has both better performance and price/performance ratios than a 4670.

I always plan to overclock for more than , say , 4.01Ghz. I recently purchased a ''Coolermaster V6'' CPU cooler and my case is the CM Storm Stryker , with 1 top fan , 1 rear fan , 2 bottom fans and 2 side fans , so my air cooling is pretty great.

As for the mainboard , i was heading for the ''Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H'' for 156euros or ''MSI Z87-G43 Gaming''

What d'ya think ?
