How To Install Skyrim ?!

is this way the right way ? :

1.skyrim LEGENDARY EDITION
2.Dragonborn
3.Dawnguard
4.high Resolution Texture pack
5.mods (200 mods )


and should i install the dragonborn or dawnguard after i finished original skyrim or i should install all of them together ?

I am pretty sure that Skyrim Legendary Edition comes with those DLCs but I could be wrong. After you install those I'd say the texture pack and the mods. Although, 200 mods might kill your computer if you don't have a strong CPU and a lot of VRAM
