Hi guys, I got a new pc yesterday. But , despite my system is good enough for high performance fps is way too low, far from the expected. I've tried Assasins Creed 3 , Batman Arkham Origins , Call of Duty Ghost , Dishonored and Dota 2 . At all games fps changes between 20-60 and no graphic option has an effect on fps .

So far i've done clean windows reinstall, virus scan and driver updates from the scratch. I've run out of ideas, what can be the reason for a such low performance at all games? thanks in advance :) .

My system is :

Team Xtreem Vulcan 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 2133Mhz Low Voltage CL11 Dual Kit
Gigabyte nVIDIA Kepler GTX770 OC Windforce 3X 2GB DDR5 256Bit
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 7200 RPM 64 MB 3,5" SATA III DISK
INTEL Core i5-4670 LGA 1150 6MB 3.4GHz
Dark Sub-Zero Case 600W, 4xUSB (2xUSB3.0, 2xUSB2.0), 2x12 cm Fan, SSD Ready
Asus B85M-G Intel B85 LGA1150 pin, DDR3, USB 3.0 mATX (Haswell)

Try a name brand quality PSU like a Corsair, or Seasonic or XFX, 600w and see if your problems go away.

Overall your system is similar with mine.
mine : i5 4570, Gigabyte G1 Sniper B5, Corsair vengeance pro 8 gb, Seagate Barracuda 1 TB, Zotac GTX 770 AMP!.
I got most games except Crysis 3 all maxed out at ultra settings with playable FPS. Assasin Creed 3 got 70+ fps.
Your rig is supposed to be better than mine buddy. But your problem is seems like super bottleneck eventhough its not LOL.
My friend got the similar problem with his GTX titan. His problem solved after he replaced his Thermaltake Litepower 700w with his current Super Flower Golden King 650w(Platinum).
GTX 770 is not as greedy as 780 or titan but still a power hungry card, and with B85 chipset you won't doing any OC and SLI right?. So the best PSU i reccomend for you is a good 600w PSU. It should be plenty.
I suggest the same method. Consider to replace your current PSU with the very good one for sake of maintain the PC performance. Because PSU is the heart of the PC that power the whole hardwares.
Try to look after good brands like Corsair, Super Flower, Seasonic, Silverstone, FSP, XFX, and Enermax (not as good as Seasonic but still a descent brand).
Hope my answer will help. Have a good day.
