I also have a 3 year old Acer laptop with a Toshiba 610Gb hard disk. Intel RST tells me that the HD is 'at risk' and Crystal gives me a 'Bad' rating and all other buttons are green. Disk temp is 34 degrees.
Current is 18, Worst is 18, Threshold is 50 and the Raw Values are 0000000007DC.
The laptop also takes about 15 minutes at time to boot up fully.
Time to panic and get a new HD ?
