Can i run Dota 2 , on this PC!?

Okay i just want to know what kind of games I can play on this computer and Can i play Dota2 with NO lag , smooth gameplay with these settings ?

Windows 7 , ( if needed i can change to xp )
E6650 2.33 core2duo
Ram : 6 GB
Graphic card : AMD SAPPHIRE HD 4350 1GB DDR2 PCI-E. HDMI,DVI & VGA Port
Hard disk : 250 GB

I would expect you to be able to play Dota 2. However you would need to turn down your graphical settings to low, medium at best. But preferably low because of team fights to would occur.
