What CPU cooler should i buy when overclocking?

Hi been thinking of overclocking my I5 2500k to 5ghz, just woundering what cpu cooler i should buy. Been looking at the Noctua NH-D14 but think that it will block my RAM. What other high end cooler like the NH-D14 qould you suggest? I have also been looking at the Noctua NH-U9B but i've heard that it is alot of money for a cooler that preforms bad for the price. So what would you suggest? thanks

And i have corsair vengence RAM

answering my own question, got the Noctua NH-U14s works great and fits perfectly with my high ram. Cools my i5 2500k oc to 4.5ghz to and idle of 29c and when running IBT at maximum it stays under 70c. Just perfect!
