I'm thinking of upgradeing my PC. My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H and i looked Processor AMD FX-4300, socket AM3+, 64bit, 3,8GHz. Will it work? (AMD Phenom II X2 550 is the processor what i have right now). And which Processor will start bottlenecking Gigabyte GTX 650 1GB OC?

But if I buy GTX 650 and keep my CPU (AMD PhenomII X 550) Will my processor bottleneck the GPU?

The amount of bottleneck depends on how poorly coded the game/software you're running is. Some games put too much load on the CPU and not enough on the GPU. I'm running an overclocked Phenom II X6 1055T with a MSI TF GTX 760 2GB on the same motherboard. When overclocked, it has no problem beating an i5-3330 in benchmarks, despite being 2 years older (although it does use more power and run hotter). IMHO it's one of the last good AMD chips, before everything went hyperthreaded. Beyond the X6 1100T, I don't think there are any AMD chips that outperform it and have only physical cores, besides an Opteron chip that's impossible to find anywhere.
