i would recommend you pick up 4gb more RAM and one of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

That card is way over my budget. (Here in India)
The 7770 costs about $140 here. :(
Is it ok if i tell you the names of the card available in my budget and you can choose the best one between them?

That requires a 550W PSU. And I have a 450W one. :/
What will happen if I try to use the 7790 with my 450W PSU?

If it is a good brand PSU then it will be fine. AMD and Nvidia go over the top on their recommendations to allow for crap PSUs.

It doesnt look like junk, it is junk! :D
Ill have to use a molex to pci-e adapter. Ill buy the HD 7770 and I'll add 4GB RAM.
How does that sound? All I want to do is play CS:GO. 1024x768 all high at 60fps?

Yeah that should be fine for CS:GO. Does it not play well on your APU?

It does, at the lowest res and all low settings i get 80-90 fps but when too many players start to show up on the screen it drops to 70s. I have a 60Hz monitor so it doesnt make a difference but I can barely read the ingame text! Its so pixelated at the lowest res that I need to read it on that base of assumption.
CS 1.6 and GO are the only games I'll probably play on a 7770 xD :D
