I have a Dell Studio XPS 8100 that I've been having for 3-4 years now. I haven't make any change on it but since I can no longer play to the new games that comes out I am looking to make some upgrade on it and I was wondering what was your thought on it.
Here's my system info:
Intel(R) Core (TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz
8Gb RAM
GeForce GT 220
Windows 7
In the last year, I don't know why but my computer is no longer able to run the games I used to play (Skyrim or Fifa 2013), it will crash after 5-10 minutes. The computer will usually make a loud buzzing sound and crash after. It used to it before for a week and wouldn't be able to do anything on the computer and would stop after for like 4-5 months and do it again. Since it was on and off I never really found out what was the problem but now since I can't play any games I would like what you would recommend me as a possible part upgrade. (I was thinking to buy a new graphic card so if you have any good recommandation and if any other parts would help like a better power supply or anything like that). If possible, I'd also like to be able to run BF4 and the latest Assasins Creed.
