I recently bought an Asus Rampage 4 Extreme and put the build together. When I turn it on everything lights up and the fans spin up, but I get no display. The debug code reads out 00. I have seen this issue on another post but it didn't provide an answer. If someone could re-direct me to a post w/ answers or provide an answer I would really appreciate it. Right now my gaming machine is a very nice paperweight.

My build
- Asus Rampage 4 extreme (extended atx)
-Intel Core i7-4960X Ivy Bridge-E 3.6GHz
-CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 32GB (4x 8gb)
- CORSAIR AXi series AX1200i 1200W
-EVGA 06G-P4-2791-KR GeForce GTX TITAN SuperClocked 6GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP

Solution
In order to use that i7-4960x on the Rampage board you need a bios update. I put a similar build together but I used the i7-3930k which didn't require a bios update. I have been considering the 4960x and if preparation I updated the bios but then I saw that Asus was releasing the Rampage Black Edition which comes all prepared for the 4960x and has added enhancements to take advantage of the 4960x.
The board comes out Tuesday.

Solution
There is a thin white sticker on the motherboard with the serial number on it. The last four digits on the sticker are the BIOS version number that the board ships with.

The 4960X requires 4310 or higher. If your BIOS version is 1404 or older, please install the BIOS Converter first before you update the BIOS.

I was trying to update the bios via usb. When I went to the support page for the Asus Rampage IV the "Cpu supported" section was blank. I'm emailing Asus now to see if they can just send me file with the update bios, since I can't seem t use their website.

Alright the Bios is updated now when I turn the computer on it gives me a reading of 14 "Pre-memory CPU initialization has started" for about 5 to 10 seconds and then goes back to 0C. The DRAM led was on (indicating something was wrong with it) and I realized my configuration was wrong, but now I've fixed it and I still get the DRAM led. Still no video
