If I disable the intel graphics card in device manager, will my main Nvidia GPU be my main GPU?

Your best bet would be to set the PCI-E as primary in the BIOS. That would do what you want. You can also turn the igpu off in the BIOS if you do not need it.

There's another problem with my computer. Whenever I start up my computer, my monitor doesn't show anything until after the boot screen. Is there any other way of changing my Nvidia GPU to my primary GPU?
