Sapphire 7870 XT memory overclock problems

Hello! So I overclocked my 7870 XT and so far I got GPU clock at 1200 with no problems, but the memory clock behaves odd. I got it only at 1575 (1500 original). If it goes further then under load my screen goes black with some vertical lines. I can't seem to find the cause of this. Power is at 20%, tried to boost the voltage and it doesn't seem to help. VRM temps are about 70-75 at maximum load (in Heaven). I'm using Trixx for overclocking, disabled ULPS and forced constant voltage - doesn't help. Am I missing something?

The memory speed on the card is more than enough I wouldn't worry about it.

Should I ignore memory and continue to push GPU clock or just stop at 1200?

That depends on what the core will take, 1200MHz seems pretty decent.
