Reinstalled my OS and got a trojan immediately after.

Today I reinstalled my OS (Win7).However, 10 minutes ago I tried to enter a website and my antivirus(Nod32) immediately detected a trojan virus (the name of the trojan is "TrojanDownloader.Iframe.NKE") ,without letting me enter into the site.A message appeared that the file has been quarantined.I made a full scan on my laptop and there wasn't anything detected.Was the virus even downloaded to my laptop or it was quarantined before that?Should I reinstall my OS again and do I have many infected files, or everything is ok?The problem is that I want to put one very important mp3 song on my phone and I am afraid not to put that virus to my phone through the song.Thank you.

Nope... nothing got passed by the Antivirus, the download was blocked. Those warnings are to advice you that the website is to be avoided. You can look in the quarantine but you won't find anything.. Your system was not infected.

Well, I looked in the quarantine list and found the virus there(I removed it).However, I didn't find anything infected while scanning the laptop.

Well, it got by but the antivirus caught it. It should have blocked it like Avast does but as long as they don't infect your system that's what should matter.
