Will 560W PSU work well on gtx 760 hawk edition? or should i get like 750W or so?

Brand matters. If it is a decent psu with 2 6 pins then 500W is enough for 1 GTX760.

The only 560W supply I could find on pcpartpicker was the Cougar A560. This is definitely a lemon and if this is the supply you have the answer is no.

So my PSU is Modecom Carbon 530W.. and i know it's not any of the best or so D: but it is enough?

As near as I can tell (I am at work and restricted from some international sites) that psu only has 1 six pin. I can't tell if it is a single rail or multi rail setup but I would say no it is not sufficient.
