CPU Idle temps?

Hello, I'm just wondering what idle temps I should be looking at? I have an Intel i7 4770k and an h80i cooling it. When I go Into the bios and read the cpu temps it is at a constant 56c and motherboard system at 34c

I use CoreTemp to monitor my cpu temperatures.

I have Intel Quad Core QX9650 Extreme (3 gHz) overclocked to 3.67 gHz. It is an old 775 socket cpu. Speedstep is on.
I get 30c while idling. While processing photos it goes up to 60c.
