Approximate Purchase Date: This Week
Budget Range: $400.00 No problem if it goes higher than that for as long as there are NO BOTTLENECKS and all components are maximizing each other. More particular with CPU, MOBO, and GPU combination.
System Usage (from Most to Least Important): Gaming, Lots of Google Chrome Tabs Opened, PowerPoint, and Excel
Are you buying a monitor: No
Do you need to buy OS: Yes, I will be buying Windows 8.
Location: Philippines
Parts Preferences: I'm basically on a budget which is why I'm more inclined with the FX-6300.
Overclocking: Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 (1080P) 60Hz
Additional Comments: Again all I want is a BOTTLENECH FREE build.

SHORTLISTED PARTS FOR MY BUILD
Computer Case: Bitfenix Prodigy M
CPU + Mobo: Intel Core i7 3770K Unlocked + ASRock H61M-VS3
Note: This is a promo in our local store. Buy i7 and get H61M for Free. Looking at the mobo, I'm a bit hesitant to get it because it doesn't let me overclock the i7 and worried that it could bottleneck with my cpu and gpu
Central Processing Unit (CPU): AMD FX-6300 (Black Edition)
Note: If you think the Promo combo (i7 + H61M) is bad then I'm set with the FX6300
Motherboard Choices Note: These are the only available motherboards that I could see for M-ATX
1. Am3+ Asrock 960GM VGS3 FX
2. AM3+ Asus M5A88-M
3. AM3+ Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
GPU Choices(GPU)
1. HIS Radeon R9 270X IceQ X2 Turbo Boost 2gb/256bit
2. Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Dual-X Boost 2gb/256bit
3. Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Vapor-X Boost 2gb/256bit
4. Power Color Radeon R9 270X Boost 2gb/256bit
5. Inno3d GTX 760 iChill HerculeZ 3000 2gb/256bit Note: I'm favoring this Videocard
6. EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5
7. EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 w/ ACX Cooler
Random Access Memory (RAM)
16gb but no idea on what brand to buy and the things I need to look for other than the memory size.
Solid State Drive (SSD) + Hard Disk Drive (HDD)
I'm really planning an SSD + HDD combo for faster boot up but if my motherboard already has a feature of fast boot do this setup makes sense?
I read somewhere that SSD + HDD combo for faster boot is only applicable to Intel's Smart Response Technology. So does this mean I can't use this set up with my AMD CPU?
Power Supply Choices
1. Cooler Master CM 550watts, Silent Pro, 80plus Gold - Ball bearing fan
2. Corsair HX 650watts (HX650) 80Plus Gold, Modular
3. Seasonic (X650) X-series, 650watts 80Plus Gold, Fully-Modular

Hope you guys could help me out! Thanks!

Solution
Most boards are equipped with a changeable clock multiplier. That DOES NOT mean all boards can actually support overclocking. For example a cheap 760g chipset board may advertise overclocking because technically you can use the bios to change the clock speed, but if you went any more than .4ghz over stock the board would burn. It is all marketing. You really want a 970 chipset and up board if you want to think about overclocking.
The 3770k is pointless with that horribly cheap board. It won't let you overclock and is OLD. It won't directly impact performance, but why buy such a good CPU and junk motherboard?

I would get the fx6300 and get a gtx760 or better with the saved money.

Get the Seasonic PSU.

You only need 8gb RAM for gaming. Technically 4gb is all you need but get 8gb. any more is pointless and won't do anything.

Promo is buy i7-3770k for $340 and get the H61M for free. Which is why i was considering it. What mobo should i get for the fx6300? Any knowledge about the SSD+HDD combo?

I think 970 are for FULL ATX boards only. Do you have any mATX boards that will go best with the 6300?

If I go from FX-6300 to i5-3570k and will only get R9 270x gpu, will that added cost to get the i5 worth it or should I just get a better GPU for the FX6300? Most common advice is to invest more on your GPU than the CPU but your suggesting the opposite. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Gaming is 85% GPU and 15% CPU, so the 6300 and a better GPU is ALWAYS the way to go for better performance.

You are right about the motherboard issue. Looks like you will be stuck with a 760g chipset. All this really means is less sata 6.0gbps ports and you won't be overclocking.

Alternatively you could get the cheapest i5 possible like an i5 4430 and a cheap b85 motherboard. This will be mATX and not waste too much money.

Thanks for the suggestion! will look into that. Though I just checked the specs of ASUS M5A88-M EVO and it does offer the following
1. TPU - Ultimate Turbo Processor
2. Core Unlocker
3. GPU Boost
Aren't these features Overclocking or is it a different thing? I was really hoping that these mobo could overclock since this is something i want to learn.

What are the beneifts of having more SATA 6.00 gbps ports? The only thing that bothers me in getting the board is that it only has a PCI-E 2.0 port. Though I'm not sure if its something i need to really worry about.

There is no performance difference between PCI 2.0 and 3.0. Don't worry about that.

Those features are gimicky. Yes you can technically overclock on that board, but it doesn't even have heatsinks on the VRMs and has VERY poor power phases, so you will get more than a few mhz over stock before the motherboard overheats and struggles. So, no this board is not for overclocking.

Thanks for pointing that one out. So how do you exactly know if the motherboard can O.C.? Do you just check if has enough heatsinks or it depends on the programs installed in the motherboard? Does checking the specs sheet help too? I've been reading so many how to pick a motherboard but most of them just talks about overclocking capability of the motherboard. Is it really the O.C. features of the motherboard that makes it expensive/attractive or are there other thinks i need to look for aside from the heatstinks and programs included in the board. Let me know man and really appreciate the help!

Hmmm. What you said seems to contradict each other. What do you mean?:??:
