Okay, this is my first gaming computer build and I need you guys to verify if all those parts are good:

I would really suggest going with an Intel build. Intel costs more but you really do get what you paid for. Plus there are a lot more motherboards that support intel over and.

fx 9370 is basically an oc'ed fx 8350, so fx 9370 should be replaced by a 8350. apart from that, fine.

Well for one that motherboard will need a flash to run with that cpu and I can't remember if it has the bios flashing system implemented as elegantly as it is on current asus motherboards. The cpu I would say go for intel but it's really your choice as I won't claim to skip over amd as we haven't seen how mantle handles with amd cpu's but if you're doing anything more than gaming they're not worth it. You've forgotten a cpu cooler by the way - i'd say go for a corsair h80 they're cool and easy to install and they'll work well with that very hot cpu :)

Unfortunately nothing will support the 9000 series amd cpu's out of the box within my knowledge - try find an asus motherboard with ez flash and check to make sure it's the kind that can be flashed without a cpu- that will give you a far more clean experience.
