For overclocking then get something like the FX-8350, CM Hyper 212 Evo and a motherboard like the Asus Sabertooth 990FX or similar. The FX-8xxx series is great for things like streaming, rendering etc because it is able to use all of the 8 cores provided by AMD.

Best performance = I5 4670k
Bes bang for buck = 8350
As of now they pretty much trade blows with the i5 winning in some games. however if games become more multi threaded and use more than 4 cores the 8350 may do better. also the 8350 is much cheaper

I already got the coolermaster v6 cpu cooler. I do not stream , nor render.I only play games. You still think its more wise to go for the AMD ?
