ok, so I have created my own little Linux distro based off of arch Linux, with a gui I want an all the packages I want, so now, can I package it into an iso and burn it on a disc and share it with friends, or install it on other computers? Also, is there a way I can do that using a Debian based distro? please let me know how I could do this please :)

Yes you can distribute it, it is an open source license, and "you may freely copy, change, and distribute it [Linux], but you may not
impose any restrictions on further distribution, and you must make the source code available"

Could you please let me know how I would go about doing this? is there a bit of software that I could install that would do this for me?

You could use something like ImgBurn from HERE to build your image, make it bootable, and then burn it to DVD or upload it to a site for others to download the image.
