Case Fans - Help, a little confused?

Hey guys!

What I don't understand, my new case that I will buy has x2 120MM & x140MM fan openings, but do 120 fit on the 140? (Ones I will be using http://azerty.nl/0-1088-311210/cooler-master-sickleflow-120-2.html)

On a lot of cases, the fan mounts will be set up for multiple sizes, with larger fan sizes outside of the smaller sizes. What case are you using?
