AMD Radeon HD7670 w 1GB RAM

AMD High definition audio device
Windows 8 64-bit [ not upgrading yet to 8.1
HP 23" 2311 Xi 1080P LED
I bought installed BF4 and LED went black as right in the beginning of the game as they shot out the car windows under water. Had to pull the power plug to reboot system. Returned BF4 to Amazon. Now before I go to COD Ghosts [ which I prefer anyway ] want to see if I should update my graphics card. I was thinking of the NVidia EVGA GTX 760, any thoughts.
I totally refreshed system to clean it up, so there is not junk on the system
By the way even an older MOH Warfighter system locked up.
